To me it looks like Bitsum offering a slimline version of their famous Process Lasso product. This is great news to those who wants a simple UI to control CPU activity on high load using the same technology as Process Lasso.

Two feature I really like is:
1) Using the same powerful core technology that Process Lasso is using so no lose on functionality
2) ProBalance Insights showing different stats.

CPUBalance is a program which improves the responsiveness of the Windows PC and it can run as a standalone 
application in cooperation with Process Lasso. Those are the two main features I like most.
