Dear Wisecleaner User,

Thanks for choosing wisecleaner.

Recently, you may get below problems while using wisecleaner products

1, Can not register to Pro version

2, Can not update to the latest version automatically

3, Even if update to the latest, program become to Free version.

4, Can not open website wisecleaner.com

5, Can not run the program again (especial Wise Registry Cleaner)

The reason is your MalwareBytes Anti Malware program. It detects wisecleaner website as a malicious website, blocking for spreading PUP software (define Wise Registry Cleaner as a PUP). This is a false positive detection.

As the company states, they implemented the more aggressive policies to make their software more useful. However, in reality this change turns out to be a major inconvenience to users of legitimate applications that MBAM detects as PUP. You can write Malwarebytes at pup@malwarebytes.com to let them know that detecting Wise Registry Cleaner and website is a false positive. This may help expedite getting the issue resolved. In the meantime, please follow the instructions below to have Malwarebytes ignore WiseCleaner during scans.
