i like 360-degree Video editing features 

so i can filmed a scene with multiple cameras from multiple angles.

also i can Import equirectangular footage and create a 360 project with the ability to edit it with a full range of design tools, then export in 360 format

also with stabilization.

i  can fix shaky 360º footage instantly and enjoy smooth, flowing video from any angle.

adding also ability to upload upload mobile video to youtube , facebook and other sites

PowerDirector is one of the flaghship product of Cyberlink. Having tried quite a few reocrding programs - bith paid and free, PowerDirector stands apart form the rest in many ways.

I like the feature of using 64-bit powerhouse leading to faster Exports. The Design Tools such as Mask Designer for fusing videos, PiP Designer to add animated objects, Title Designer for blur, etc and Theme Designer for making animated slideshows are very useful for my work. The other extremely important feature for me is video stabilization, ensuring smooth footage. The Power Tool such as crop and zoom, and video rotation are useful as well. Lastly, support for newer H.265 codec.

Also having Cyberlink cloud is a boon, but it seems cloud is only for 1 year, not lifetime unlike the license.

Interface of  Power Director 16 is is clear and simple. 
I like also big button options of Full Feature Editor, Easy Editor, and 360° Editor. Additional choices include Express Project, Theme Designer, and Slideshow Creator.
I also like that I can upload your movie directly to FaceBook, Vimeo and DailyMotion.

I like the video collage designer as you do not need a seperate video editor or collage maker to do it and then import it to PowerDirector. The 360 camera although become staple now is great also but if you have a not so good camera the quality will just be limited as what PowerDirector will augment. I see also that the PIP has more adjustments! Great giveaway!

Thanks for Cyberlink PowerDirector 16 the new version brings improvement of the overal workflow in editing experience by upgrading the Rendering Engine and reducing RAM
I like the upgrades concerning

1) Color Grading Tools and color lookup table
2) Color Match keeps the color grading more consistent throug the entire video project
3) HDR Effect
