I would like to join bidding and win software , but I cannot because I do not know how make a hipper link to join and possibly win. I know this is process.

It is simple, for google+ for instance just post and share publicly the post and then copy the generated link here. For facebook it is a bit complicated as you have to distribute publicly the post and save the link and then copy and paste it here. It is important NOT to make the posts private. I think for twitter is the same, just tweet the post publicly. Hope it was helpful for you.
