Did you asked them its a lifetime account?

I mean "no charges will apply to this account" is little confusing...i.e do the support mean, no charges = no auto renew or free auto renew?

Giveaway was annual accounts so I think would be annual account.

You should confirm if its lifetime account (offcoz if you want to).

they said all accounts auto-renew and will pay but mine won't pay as it is a comped account i.e lifetime

Comped account means account received through competition/contest/giveaway/free/etc, right?

I am just confused, if they meant -

no charges will appy - do they mean, account auto renews i.e charges apply but in your case, account will not auto renew i.e no charges apply as its a comped/giveaway/free account?
Offcoz how could they auto renew or apply charges to a free account that has no associated payment details, credit card info, etc.
