I installed it and for me it also stays in trial mode
I contacted ashampoo via the help form and indeed the code is not a giveaway but a trial code even if in the keys on the account it says full version The were very helpful. The free version for the software is https://www.ashampoo.com/uk/eur/pin/2124.../snap-2018 I hope it helps others
