Got the licence number but not the 366 days one. For some reason only got a 10-day initial licence which became just a 30-day after I input the licence key they gave me. Have I had a copy of Backup Pro before? No, not as far as I can recall. So I don't know why it's just the 30 days licence for me.

When you say 'later', how much later ?!   I emailed them yesterday afternoon before I posted here. No reply so far although perhaps they're busy. I uninstalled this because it seemed to get stuck (wouldn't respond to Task Manager end process). No doubt a conflict that only happens to an unlucky few of us because in the past I've used Ashampoo apps that were great.

Same as mine, I emailed straight after my post.   Yet to hear from them. Normally on weekdays I got reply by next 2-3 days. Who knows if they have dropped this free one already, it was active even before my post apparently. Glad I have kept several O&O AutoBackup 6 licenses just in case like this.

And there are others - like Macrium Reflect's not bad, I think I'm right in saying. But my system has a few conflicts here and there, so for some reason Macrium would no longer work even after reinstalling it. But AOEMI keeps working as does Qiling Disk Master. So, are they saying below that the installation app or the app that goes with the 366-day key is a different version of Backup Pro 11? That may explain what they meant in this reply:

Yeah it seems not regular Ashampoo promo & instead has a special installer. I also got reply mail saying same as Rob & really what I got was the link only but no installer. Trying to find if the special installer is available & original source.
