so if you try to use vpn  which need create vpn connection you should disable it

I have been using it on my cellphones for over a year already.  Hardly have to change after initial setup.
I have used it to control apps, as well as data usage, because f apps downloading whole time. I choose which apps download with 3g, and which can only download when I`m on wifi.
It`s firewall features are good. I`m sure there are possibly better ones out there, but, not many that work without rooting the phone first.
But, I would also always advise to test something before using it.
