In an attempt to end all the woes related to converting MS Word files into PDF format!

Unlike most common PDF virtual printers, users do not need the PDF virtual printer to convert files to PDF one by one any more. Batch WORD to PDF Converter enables users to convert MS WORD and more formats to PDF documents in bulk directly.

Another unique feature is the "Auto Merge". Users can choose to merge all the selected files in a single PDF as per their requirements. If more than one file is selected, users can merge the files into a single PDF document by checking the "Merge Converted PDFs to One PDF Document" option.

Besides MS WORD DOC/DOCX format, Batch WORD to PDF Converter can also convert Excel (XLS, CSV, ODF, ODS), Powerpoint (PPT, PPTX, ODP, ODF), Rich text(RTF), Plain text (TXT) and more formats to PDF format.

How to use?

Batch WORD to PDF Converter comes with an easy to use wizard interface that guides you step by step. To get started, you need to drag the Word file (or other supported document format files) which need conversion and drop them into the file list on the tool window. If more than one file is added, you can combine the converted PDF docs into a single PDF file by checking the "Merge Converted PDFs to One PDF Document" option at the lower bottom of the program window, but this option is not mandatory if you do not need to combine those files. Then, click on the "Browse" button to choose the folder path where the converted PDF file (or files) is to be saved and click on Start Now. You will get the converted PDF files very soon.
