Win 10 question?

I'm putting together a desktop computer today what version of Win10 Pro would I need?There is OEM and non OEM versions available.Can someone offer me any advice?Thanks.

Here is a bit of a breakdown of differences to note.
One of the biggest issues. Retail OS has Microsoft support, while OEM has vendor support (EG. HP)

I got the retail version and it worked fine.

Both have their PROs and CONs

Biggest CON to me is that OEM is not actually supported by Microsoft. Person will have to contact the OEM vendor.


I prefer retail, or Volume license.
