I am not from russia, I cannot answer this question, but I think that if it works even now, it will soon be blocked too, express privacy policy (which in no case transfer the data of its users). These guys do not bend over to anyone, and will soon leave the market, I respect that. As far as I know, Vypr VPN, and several other providers, have already left the Russian market, due to the government's requirement to transfer personal data of users.
