The developer activated PLUS for 1 year. Thank you!
 The extension in the browser works perfectly. But the program itself is not installed on the system (Windows 7 x64).  Sent a question to the developer. I wait for the answer.

It's weird. If it doesn't connect, write directly from UI: 'Report a problem'. Or use this site form: https://hola.org/premium_support But how to answer if the program is not installed!? I 'm the only one with a problem with the installer?
