Promo2day Contest PowerArchiver 2021 Toolbox Review and Giveaway
#31
Hi,

Thank you for this giveaway. I am a user of WinZip 25. I took a license recently and I regret that. I should have done some research. I took it because that's the only name we have listened to all our lives for zipping files. I think I paid too much for it. That's why I want to win PowerArchiver license.

I can only compare PowerArchiver with WinZip because that's what I have used mostly. My personal pain point is the cost. I paid about $50 for WinZip Pro but PowerArchiver is a lot cheaper. Then PowerArchiver has many more features that WinZip doesn't have. So many personalization options are available in PowerArchiver, I am amazed to see that. WinZip is quite restrictive on that front. I also liked the multiple profiles option in PowerArchiver, that gives a lot of power to the user. It has Power Saver mode, which is kind of new and not seen very often. It has private mode and so on. It's an impressive piece of software.

Thank you,

Power Archiver is one of the best archiving program around. But its not just an archiver, it has lot more tools. It can be used as a backup tool, it can also be used as a virtual drive. Apart from that it can be used as cloud explorer, as an encryption tool, as a password manager and many more. It helps a lot as users don't need to install multiple programs.

Thanks for the giveaway.

Thank you for organizing this contest.

My current compression software is WinRAR. I would like to win a PowerArchiver license because it's lot more powerful and feature rich.

There are whole lot of things that make PowerArchiver different from other software. User experience matters a lot when using a software. PA provides great experience by providing complete control in user's hand. There are multiple ways to do the same thing in PA. Users can decide what works best for them

PA works great for businesses. It complies with all major standards and security requirements which makes it one of the best option available in the market for corporates.

And it's not just compression that it does. PA Toolbox edition has a plenty to offer. Even if we need to use those additional tools occasionally, it's always good to have them.

I guess there are enough reasons that makes me wanting a PA license.

I use to use 7Zip and never faced any issues. But my main archiver is PowerArchiver Toolbox since 2014. I still use 7Zip to extract some executable files successfully. Since 2014 I have been upgrading my PowerArchiver Toolbox with the giveaway versions. The vendor is generous and almost every major version is given away on sites like giveawayoftheday, softwareonsale, etc. Recently upgraded to the 2019 version through one such giveaway. I like PowerArchiver Toolbox for its versatility..compression formats support, shell menu customization, preview/explorer preview..my favorite, dual pane explorer..very useful for me, burner..handy utility for me, inbuilt skins..I like & use Classic..light and fast, and the myriad of options, and encryption..one of the features I use often. Lastly, I like the classic and default themes and switch between them, depending on the features or tools needed for tasks, for quick access to functions or utilities.

I am using PeaZip now a days.
I want to win PowerArchiver license because I think it's the best compression software available today on Windows.

There are enough reasons that make it stand apart from other similar software.
- Professional and customizable user interface
- Support for virtually every possible compressed file format
- Custom password policies
- Enough encryption options
- MS Office support
- Additional tools like backup, burner, FTP.

Thanks a lot @tarekma7 and PowerArchiver Team for the opportunity to win in this great giveaway!

I'm currently using WinRAR as my main archiver but find it limited for my needs especially archiving large files and folders. I'd like to win PowerArchiver license because it is the most comprehensive file management solution with strongest possible compression with .PA format and FIPS 140-2 validated 256-bit AES encryption. Its features and functionality are superb, in particular, the simple, clean customizable interface, fast compression rates and able to handle support for over 60 formats. I have the 2018 standard version and it would be nice to get an upgrade this time. Count me in! Smile

I am currently using an old version of WinZip. I would like to win PowerArchiver license because I am thinking of upgrading my compression software for some time and winning a license rather than purchasing is more exciting.

What makes it different? There are few obvious reasons and I am sure there are more which are a bit technical and difficult for me to explain. It looks good and I can change it the way I like. It has all the compression features I need, including 7z compression. I can password protect the zip files. It supports Google Drive, which I can use. It can modify existing zip files without recreating them. It can covert between formats. In a nutshell, it has everything a personal would need for routine work and then there are additional utilities built into it.

Thank you for this opportunity.

Presently, using WinRar and satisfied with it's performance.
Thinking of trying PowerArchiver because of it's vast features, especially PowerArchiver Cloud.
It seems promising and would come handy for me.
