Ashampoo released the new Snap 12 a few days ago. A program with which you can take screenshots of the desktop, or videos. These can then be edited, cut and then saved afterwards.
It also includes an OCR function, for example to copy a screenshot with text. After installation, Ashampoo Snap 12 has a "magic eye" at the top in which all important functions are located.
