MalwareTips, you can browse, post, etc with VPN, BUT you cannot participate in the giveaways with VPN.. its against their rules, & they also mention it in their giveaways.

If you participate in the giveaways with VPN, you will be banned from all the future giveaways.

I'm sorry by not sharing the same idea about this site, the admin in there is a tough guy to understand, in there they scold you for anything, even by placing a gif, when criticizing any program, in all post. a site that does not convey joy, the threads are boring due to arbitrariness. I was banned when im doing nothing wrong. one tries to make the site more attractive and welcoming with good comments. but they are responsible for silencing any idea.
