I really like Display Fusion (bought the Steam version when it was deeply discounted)
It's nice to have different wallpapers on each monitor (several archives are used including Astronomy Pic of the Day and Wallpaper Abyss)
What I really like is that it lets me have a taskbar along the bottom of the second monitor too. I find it extremely handy... just wish it also showed Quick Launch on the second one as well... yep, still using Windows 7
