These setup files are on some scans detected as Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA), same with newly created files after installations. PUA types: Remote admin, Adware or Riskware.
Sometimes this type of detections are normal for lesser known Remote admin utilities.
I would not marked as Malware or Malicious. It's safe to use for personal use IF you have trust in devs of application(as if it was any other lesser known software with remote connection/admin feature).
