Windows 10 sypware

I heard from the news that windows 10 officially contains some spying software inside.

Is there any ways to check / find out that monitoring program , eg, installed path, any registries associated?
And any ways to clean them?

I think that all Windows versions contains spyware but some of them contain more than other. This can reside from their attitude towards illegal use of their software, somehow they gain something even from that. So, they are watching us in a way we cannot forsee.

not sure how good they are at stopping the spying but i hope they help stop some of it.
