@eufrasiox: The solution is simple: buy the key and ask the support if the key is genuine (in this case Microsoft support).
For example, I purchased a key for Adobe Acrobat 2017 Pro, but I had the suspect that the license was bogus; so, I contacted Adobe support and sent them my key, and they said that not only the key was for a very old version, but it was also revoked.
Fortunately, I payed via PayPal, so I was able to get a full refund.
