When you say 'later', how much later ?! I emailed them yesterday afternoon before I posted here. No reply so far although perhaps they're busy. I uninstalled this because it seemed to get stuck (wouldn't respond to Task Manager end process). No doubt a conflict that only happens to an unlucky few of us because in the past I've used Ashampoo apps that were great.
