IObit Is Malware
#2
For me, I don't think so. Even Iobit have a giveaway here in this forum for some time ago. I personally use some of Iobit software, no problem at all. I think malwarebytes detect some software because:

1. The installer have a bundled third-party software. You can disable upon install. So it is important to pay attention when installing.
2. Maybe the activity of the new updated version. Maybe the signature is not incorporated in the database, so much better to submit these false positive to malwarebytes

I remember that there is an issue before regarding iobit antimalware database that they copies their signature from malwarebytes. I don't have an update on that issue because I'm not a user of iobit antimalware.

Nevertheless, some of their product is good, especially their free iobit unlocker. Very reliable.
