I'm studying French and German and would like to improve said languages by watching French/German TV on their official TV sites. Problem is, since I'm not staying in either France or Germany, their videos/TV episodes aren't available in my region. The only shows freely available seem to be soap operas/rubbish reality TV.
I've been considering getting a VPN service, but would like to know if it's legal. All the articles talking about how it's legal seem to come from the VPN service sites themselves, so of course THEY would say their service is legal. But is it? (especially for the way I plan to use it. eg. streaming tv shows that are available for replay on their official tv sites). Thanks for the advice in advance!
