Mostly stability fixes but also some new minor feature

Path column will that does not fit in view will now show "..." at the beginning of the path instead of the end
Fixes issue with skipping files when unpacking zip

If you already have Multi Commander installed you can create a portable version by selecting "Install Multi Commander to USB Device" in the help menu.
