I would gladly use Raccoon to download apk files that I can install later and use with all my Android devices. That will spend me a lot of mobile data transfers and help me keep all the apps I need in one place. I can also try to use and enjoy Android apps downloaded with Raccoon directly on my PC running an Android emulator.
