Decent download/upload speed
Average torrent download speed

Security, reliability, GUI & overall experience, both Express & Windscribe are good.

I like ExpressVPN. 
I got Windscribe as its Lifetime, good for my usage, And its a fairly new company with a good overall product & service And a promising future.
