Fraction Calculator "Fractal MK-12"
Fraction Calculator "Fractal MK-12" is ideal for school Math students, educators and homeschooling. It works on any Regular (e.g. 2/3) and Improper (e.g. 4/3) Fractions, Decimals (e.g. 3.14), Whole (like 12345) and Mixed numbers (e.g. 1 /3/4), up to 8 digits. Performs four standard Arithmetic operations (Add "+", Subtract "-", Multiply "x" and Divide "÷") and three special unary functions (i.e. operations on just a single fraction):
• "R" key to Reduce fraction to its Lowest Terms, e.g. 2/4 = 1/2
• "D" key to convert Fraction to Decimal, e.g. 3/5 = 0.6
• "1/f" key to calculate the inverse Fraction, e.g. 2/3 (1/f) = 3/2
Usage: Tap on any of two boxes located on the top and enter the number using on-screen keyboard. Unary operations (Reduce, Inverse and Convert to Decimal) are performed on a single number in the input box with focus. The basic arithmetic operations ("+", "-", "x" and "÷") are performed on both input boxes. The result appears in the multi-line display beneath the input boxes. Scroll the display viewport up and down to see the calculation history; swipe to left or right to swap the input box content.
On-screen Keyboard contains 10 digit keys (from 0 to 9) and several special keys:
