Yeah secure cloud won't work with av installed previously. I never tested but you have to install secure cloud first & then if it allows can try installing a secondary app like zemana.

Differences between versions
Kaspersky Security Cloud Free has limited functionality compared to the versions of Personal and Family. Antivirus includes a virus protection feature and a secure connection. Built-in password manager works with a maximum of 15 passwords, which makes full use of this component.

Secure connection - VPN service to which users can connect to the program. The free version of the volume of traffic is limited to 300 megabytes per day and are not available to the user some of the advanced features, such as the choice to connect the region.

Kaspersky can offer to connect to the VPN automatically depending on the current device connection status. If the device is connected to a public Wi-Fi network, Kaspersky prompts you to install VPN-connection to protect your data and to improve the level of privacy.

Advanced features, such as firewall, family protection, child protection and secure payments reserved for paid versions users.

Web Console Management

One of the key differences between Free Antivirus is a new remote control, which is incorporated in Security Cloud Free.

You can login to your account and manage all connected devices. User functions are available to run a full or fast scan start database updates and control components.

You get information about the current status, for example, that the product is updated and that the threats were not found.

The user can attach more devices to your account. As new devices available options expands.

Shortcomings and problems
Kaspersky Security Cloud Free requires an account and automatically activates the remote control attached devices. Users who do not need this function, may opt for a Free Antivirus.

It is understood that Kaspersky is trying to make a profit from their products, but in the main interface should still clearly indicate that some options are only available in the paid version.

Kaspersky explains the function icons on the page "More functions", but does not do this on the main page.

Thank you my friend, but I have not been using antiviruses for a long time, I am testing programs, and often the antivirus interferes with this, I have RollBack Rx Pro installed, the system works like a clock.

unfortunately not all of our friends and families, especailly gramps are not tech
savvy or have the available funds to defend with paid software like Kaspersky
so yeah it is worth a look at if even as an educational program for our beloved n00bs
OR even just for our own untech savvy forum friends  afterall that is why we are all in this?
why we are here and give up some of our RL is to pass on our education to our tech needy

I have been a fan of Kaspersky for a loonnnnng time... and yeah IF i was to recommend
AV software then this would be my free AV software rather than surfing naked.... 
which can be be fun sometimes but in winter it does get a wee bit chilly LoL
