INSTRUCTION TO FIX IT.
1. Download Adw cleaner From here
2. Close all running applications.
3. Run Adwcleaner (Run as Admin) Accept the agreement and click Scan, it will take some time to complete the scan.
4. Once complete uncheck all those files which you don't want remove, then click "CLEAN"
5. your PC will Reboot, start all your security programs as usual.
6. Let me know if you still facing "unable to access update server" Issue.
7. Download Combofix.exe and save it to your desktop.
Note: Do not mouse click ComboFix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.
8. Close all programs and disable your AV and also turn off the firewall of AV. HOW TO DISABLE ANTIVIRUS FIREWALL: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html
9. When it will finish the scan, you will find combofix.txt here. C:\combofix.txt please submit that txt file as attachment.
