I'm currently back to default Windows System image backup. In the past I have used Macrium Reflect free as well as Acronis. I don't use Windows System image regularly, so I manually copy the important files/folders to atleast 2 External portable hard drives. Backup4all Professional has cloud support, so I could very well use it to auto backup important files/folders to cloud drive. Also I read that Backup4all Professional supports Block-level Backup, thereby not copying the entire file(s) but only the changed data. This is in turn reduce the backup size. Support for AES encryption is important as the file(s) to backup to cloud have personal data. Lastly, I'm very happy that Backup4all still supports XP, thereby making my life easier given that I still use XP.
