Ashampoo WinOptimizer is a great software which I have used for many years, and it gets better every year with each new version release. 
If the past is the best predictor of the future, then this new v15 will prove great for my computer.
Some of the best features I like:
1. Ashampoo WinOptimizer cleans my machine, especially windows explorer, of junk that no other cleaner finds. The "one click optimizer" cleans my browsers, registry and lots more when I when I shut down my machine. It is really fast compared to most cleaners.
2. The "Live Tuner" feature speeds up all features of my operating system. It's described as "live background optimization."
