I tried a personal email, a business email and various disposable emails...no luck.
But, I have now used a VPN (Windcsribe) to change my location to UK, with a temp email address, and I finally got my download and key. This was after about 7 other attempts.
I found using a "@googlemail.com" worked.
Try this temp email provider. I tried 4 others, and no luck.
